HMF developed a slip-on exhaust system for the Yamaha Viking that's available in stainless Titan QS and Titan XL Series. They were able shed 2-3 lbs from the 11.5 lb stock system, while keeping sound levels very close to stock with the Titan QS series. This slip-on system adds more durability and security to the Viking and is a true performance enhancing system.

Typically, fuel tuning is not required when installing an HMF Exhaust on this machine. However, other modifications to the machine may require the need for fuel tuning to ensure the machine runs properly, and there is no damage to the exhaust system.

The HMF Optimizer is a Fuel-Injection Controller that has been pre-programmed with the proper tuning specifications for your HMF exhaust. You must retune your machine when you're adding an exhaust system, so not tuning your machine will void the warranty of your exhaust.

  • Exhausts

    The HMF 2-year limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Any exhaust that is damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, incorrect air/fuel mixture, impact or crash damage will not be covered by the warranty. Any exhaust that is not covered by the warranty can be repaired by HMF at the customers expense.

    Shipping damage must be reported directly to HMF within 1 week of receipt. Shipping damage is not the responsibility of HMF or CYA. HMF will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper so you may be reimbursed for the damage.

    HMF or CYA will not be responsible for any damage caused to the exhaust or any other component due to incorrect air/fuel mixture. It is the end customers responsibility to ensure that their machine is properly tuned.

    For repairs, all exhaust must be free of all mud & debris or a $30 cleaning fee will be charged by HMF. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to HMF.
