The Rockford Fosgate M2WL-8H Color Optix 8” 2-way speakers deliver loud, clear, accurate sound, and light the way for your fresh or salt-water journey! Exceptional clarity and distance is possible with the built-in loaded horn, designed to project music. The M2 can be installed using direct mount or a clamp mount method that provides 360-degree rotation on bar sizes from 1.5” to 3”. The M2 includes stainless-steel and white sport grille inserts and features a rear illuminated 3DIL medallion that can be rotated 360-degrees for proper orientation. The speakers connect with the Rockford Fosgate Color Optix Controller (sold separately) and RF Connect App, allowing you to customize both front speaker and rear medallion with your own color patterns.
 
The M2 series of Element Ready speakers are designed to pair with the Rockford Fosgate Color Optix Controller and RF Connect App through one of its two Deutsch/Amphenol connectors integrated into the speaker. The first one is located inside the center of the 360-degree clamp for a stealth look, and the second is located on the upper-rear for installations where the enclosure is mounted directly to the bar. These water-tight connections are IP67 certified, making these speakers Element Ready and truly purpose built. To complete your sound experience, the M2 speakers are complimented by 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch subwoofers, also controlled through the Color Optix lighting system.

Color Optix Light Controller
The PMX-RGB Color Optix controller provides LED lighting control over M1 & M2 speakers and subwoofers. This allows you to create a true marine ecosystem that works together seamlessly. Pair this with our RF Connect smartphone app and give your system infinite control by customizing the color and lighting effects of your speakers. Supports up to 8 speakers or subwoofers. App supports multiple Color Optix controllers.
The PMX-RGB is an Element Ready watertight, IPX7 certified, RGB LED Light Controller. The controller features plug and play connectors that make the installation of the controller and RGB speakers simple through the use of optional extension cables and Y-adaptors. The proprietary designed RF CONNECT App allows quick and easy connection from compatible Apple or Android devices to the Color Optix controller through wireless communication. Multiple Color Optix modules supported. The App allows the user to choose from 30 different color scrolling options, any fixed color from the swatch panels, or any gradient from the color wheel. The speed and brightness can also be dialed in to compliment and customize every installation. The PMX-RGB can support up to 8 speakers or 8 subwoofers.
